Day 17 | Virginia Newborn Photographer

This little guy came all the way up from North Carolina for our session today which I believe is the furthest anyone has ever traveled for a session with me! He was such a great sport and gave us lots of sleepy smiles. I adored snuggling him and hanging out with his awesome Mom & Dad. Cool parents and beautiful babies make my job so much fun.

Two Weeks New | Virginia Newborn Photographer

Today I met the sweetest, most well behaved two week old ever! She is just beautiful and let me pose her however I wanted without making a peep. I know I’ve said it before but I have the best job and the coolest clients ever.

Here’s a super quick sneak peak!

I adore the soft pink tones.

And right at the end, almost on cue, she woke up and gave me some awesome eye contact.

Kissable Lips – 7 Days Old | Washington DC Newborn Photographer

How gorgeous is she?!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Miss R and her beautiful parents on her 7th day of life. Newborn sessions are never as easy as they look and they are especially hard at 29 weeks pregnant but this sweet baby girl made my job easy. She snoozed, ate and snoozed some more. Mom & Dad are smitten by her and now I know why.

I adore the smooshie face.

With her gorgeous parents. I love the city and the fact you can walk two blocks and be in an amazing, lush green park like this.

So girly, being a boy mom I do love photographing baby girls.

New Baby Sister! | Virginia Newborn Photographer

I met these beautiful children last fall and today I got to meet their new baby sister! Little A arrived 5 weeks early but nice and healthy with pretty little head of blonde hair just like her brother and sisters. She is now 4 weeks old but still so tiny and sleepy, she was a perfect little model for me today!

Is she not just the most beautiful little thing?!

It’s no surprise when you see her big brother and sisters, they are all gorgeous and SO good with the new baby.

These two are like old pros with the baby.

So tiny with the most perfect creamy skin. I can NOT wait to have my own newborn to snuggle soon.

19 Days New | Virginia Newborn Photographer

This little guy couldn’t wait for the party and decided to join his family the day before the 4th of July. Today I got to meet him on day 19 and he was an absolute angel. He has the most beautiful chubby cheeks I loved photographing him!

He was wide awake when I arrived but after hanging out outside for a bit he conked right out.
