Ahhh, where has time gone? This little guy is already 7 months old! I was so excited for this session because last time Dad was out of the country and this time he is back home so some great family shots were a MUST do today. I’m amazed that little M is already pulling up, standing, and crawling. To top it off he’s SO, SO freaking cute!

Here are some favs from our little jaunt through Old Town, Alexandria this afternoon.

Little Miss C kept me on my toes today. She is SO much like my Carter I felt like I was at home during our session. C loved running around and around and around but did sit for a few photos. She has the most beautiful dark brown eyes, I love how dark eyes photograph, they reflect the light so nicely.

Little Beauty | Northern Virginia Baby Photographer

Remember this little beauty? Well she’s 9 months old now! We had a blast out at Meadowlark Park today and Miss R. was so smiley and happy for the camera. She’s at that fun age where she’s pulling up on everything and it makes for such cute portraits.

Ages 6-12 months are seriously the PERFECT age for a photo shoot, babies are so smiley and can’t run away from the camera like toddlers. :-)

Day 16 | Northern Virginia Newborn Photographer

Lots of newborns around here lately, have you noticed?

I’m still playing catch up from my vacation a few weeks ago. I had quite a few clients that were due while I was gone and right when I got back and this one just couldn’t wait until his due date. Sweet little S kept me on my toes and my washing machine busy. He would give me the sweetest little smile and then would proceed to go number two on my blankets. The smile was worth it though and I think Mom and Dad would agree since they drove 3 hours to have a session with me, I love a dedicated client. :-)

Brand New Times Two | Northern Virginia Newborn Twin Photographer

These two bundles of joy were only 10 days old for our session today. They join an absolutely amazing family including a sweet and loving three year old sister. I had SO much fun photographing these beautiful babies today, it was a lot of work but so worth it. :-)
