About the Artist:

I am completely inspired by babies and children. I find everything about their young lives to be so beautiful, whether it be a newborn's wrinkled and flaky new skin or a toddler’s first wobbly steps. Gummy smiles and belly laughs make my heart soar and I feel so blessed to be able to capture all of these fleeting moments for my clients.

I specialize modern, fine art newborn & baby photography. I love what I do and it shows in every photo I take. My style is very organic and natural; you'll never hear me utter the words "say cheese". I'm also very flexible and will try to work with you to get the best results. You will walk away from a session with me with unique and original photos that will be treasured forever.

Inspired by our nightly ritual of reading "Goodnight Moon" to our son Carter, the name Little Moon Photography was born.

1, 2, 3! | Ashburn Baby Photographer

Already?!

My little Reed turned 3 months old yesterday! This month has been so much fun, he’s sleeping through the night (7:30 – 6am), smiling, cooing, laughing, grabbing at his toys, and has rolled over from tummy to back a few times. He’s the happiest, most laid back baby I’ve ever been around and I’m loving every second of being his Mom. His big brother lights up his world and seeing his big brother with him lights up mine.

I’m still trying to figure out where all of that brown spiky hair went, lol.

I’m pretty sure he’s storing nuts for the winter in those cheeks.

He totally sits back and takes in the world around him.

Happy 3 months little man, you have completed our family in more ways than you will ever know!

Baby Sister! | Clifton Virginia Newborn Photographer

I photographed big brother as a newborn almost 2 years ago and today I got to meet the newest addition to this family. Little Miss Kiera is such a sweet little lady and has the best chub ever! She was sleepy and then very awake for us today which made for a fun session.

Day 12 | Vienna Virginia Newborn Photographer

Today I met the sweetest baby boy who at 12 days old was the perfect little poser for me. I met this family over 2 years ago and I could not have been happier that they were adding a little boy to their family of two daughters.

As usual, I always say I’m going to try to share less for my sneak peeks but it’s near impossible for me.

At over 8 pounds he has the perfect amount of chub.
