About the Artist:

I am completely inspired by babies and children. I find everything about their young lives to be so beautiful, whether it be a newborn's wrinkled and flaky new skin or a toddler’s first wobbly steps. Gummy smiles and belly laughs make my heart soar and I feel so blessed to be able to capture all of these fleeting moments for my clients.

I specialize modern, fine art newborn & baby photography. I love what I do and it shows in every photo I take. My style is very organic and natural; you'll never hear me utter the words "say cheese". I'm also very flexible and will try to work with you to get the best results. You will walk away from a session with me with unique and original photos that will be treasured forever.

Inspired by our nightly ritual of reading "Goodnight Moon" to our son Carter, the name Little Moon Photography was born.

Beautiful Family | Virginia Family Photographer

Today I met up with the most adorable H family in Old Town, Alexandria for some fall shots. They were not only perfectly dressed for the session but two of the best behaved children ever.

First we have little O, he is 21 months old and I swear he could be a model. Is this child not gorgeous??

Meet 14 day old K, she is absolutely beautiful and such a welcome addition to her parents. She is quite the feisty one and decided that sleep is for “babies”. We got some awesome shots regardless and will be finishing up next week with more typical newborn shots so here is round one!
